1. How long does shipping take?

We usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times within Germany are 1–4 business days, and slightly longer for orders abroad.

2. Where will my order be shipped from?

We ship directly from Monheim am Rhein (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany) – from a small warehouse that we run with lots of heart and family support. Many products come directly from Albania or Kosovo and are lovingly packaged here – often even with personalized goodies. 🇦🇱📦

3. How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, shipping costs range from €1.49 to €6.99. Shipping is free for orders over €50. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

4. Is there shipment tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

5. How can I return items?

You can return unused items within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own expense. You can find more information in our Return Policy .

6. Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, Klarna (invoice & Sofort), credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and in Switzerland also TWINT.

7. Are the products original from Albania?

Yes, many of our items – such as traditional costumes, statues and plis – come directly from Albania or Kosovo and are made with love for tradition.

8. Are there any discounts or promotions?

9. Can I get a voucher for orders over €50?

Yes! Every customer who orders over €50 will receive a €10 voucher for their next purchase upon request. (Valid until December 31, 2025)

10. Are there any gifts included with my order?

Yes! We include small goodies with every order, subject to availability—e.g., stickers, keychains, or bottle openers—as a token of our appreciation. ❤️

11. Do you also sell to clubs or wholesalers?

Yes, of course! We offer special rates for dance groups, cultural associations, and bulk orders. Just contact us using the contact form.
