We ship directly from our family-run warehouse in Monheim am Rhein (NRW, Germany). Many items – such as traditional costumes, plis, and statues – originate from Albania or Kosovo and are carefully inspected and lovingly packaged by us.

We usually process orders within 1–2 business days. Within Germany, delivery then takes 2–4 business days; for other European countries, it takes 2–8 business days depending on the destination. During peak times (e.g., before holidays), it may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs within Germany depend on the size and weight of the item and range from €0.00 to €9.99. Small items such as patches, keychains or stickers are shipped free of charge. For orders over €50, shipping within Germany is always free. You can see the exact costs in the shopping cart before completing your order. For international deliveries, costs vary depending on the destination country and item.

Yes. We deliver to numerous European countries, including Austria and Switzerland. For deliveries to Switzerland or non-EU countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination, which are not included in the price.

Yes. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the shipment at any time.

You can conveniently pay with PayPal, Klarna (invoice & instant transfer), credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. In Switzerland, TWINT is also available. With Klarna, purchase on account is also possible.

You can return items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Direct exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different size or another item, please return the original item and then place a new order. For more information, please see our return policy.

Both are traditional felt head coverings. The Plis (Plisa) is culturally associated with Kosovo, while the Qeleshe originates from Albania. In our product descriptions, we specify the origin and type as precisely as possible.

Many of our traditional items – folk costumes, plis, qeleshe, statues, and selected handicrafts – come from Albania or Kosovo. We indicate the respective origin in the product description, as far as known, so you can make an informed choice.

Handmade items are crafted using traditional techniques. As a result, each piece may vary slightly from the photo in terms of color, grain, or detail – this is not a defect, but a mark of genuine craftsmanship and makes each item unique.

Please note the sizing information in the product description; individual models may run smaller or larger. For traditional costumes, we recommend taking measurements beforehand. If you are unsure, write to us – we will be happy to advise you on the right size.

Yes! In the Gifts & Sets category, you'll find pre-arranged ideas. Upon request, we can also ship directly to the recipient. For weddings or celebrations, we recommend ordering in advance.
