Ansambli Kreshnikët

Dance ensemble · Wuppertal

„Tradita s’flet, ajo vallëzon.“

When the music starts at Kreshnikët, steps turn into stories. The Wuppertal-based ensemble – by its own account the largest Albanian ensemble in Germany – keeps Albanian heritage alive through dance, music and traditional costumes, carried by young people, families and a strong community.

Four trainers with experience in renowned ensembles in Albania and Kosovo and with coaching licences in Germany teach children, teenagers and adults – from the very first step in the Fidanët group to the stage with the Kreshnikët. Their performances take them to weddings, engagements and festivals, from Wuppertal to Zurich, Ferizaj, Tetovo and Tirana.

We share the same belief: tradition has to be lived to survive.

dua.com

Dating app for Albanians

Gjej fatin e jetës.Find the love of your life.

Sooner or later every Albanian family asks, with a wink: “Hë, kur po martohesh?” – so, when are you getting married? Behind the joke is a wish many of us know: to find someone who speaks our language, laughs at the same jokes and knows what family, a dasma and summer back home really mean. Someone for life – “fatin e jetës”.

That is what dua.com is for: the dating app just for Albanians – in Kosovo, in Albania and all across the diaspora. Even the name gives it away: “Të dua” means “I love you”. Whether next door or before your next trip home, dua.com brings people with the same roots together. According to the company, more than 900,000 have already signed up.

What connects us: we both bring Albanians together – wherever they live.
